I’ve decided that I’m doing this every year from now on because I’m dangerously approaching my mid-20s and my memory is fleeting.
Also, 2010 deserves this because I think when I look back upon my life I will note this year as the year that changed everything.

1. What did you do in 2010 that you’d never done before?
I don’t even know where to begin to answer that question. *takes deep breath* I quit my first salaried job/moved back to San Diego/ended a 5-year relationship/started dating my best friend/started allowing the term “boyfriend and girlfriend” to be used in less than a month (less than a week?) after “dating” began/became comfortable with the idea of PDA/nailed an awesome AWESOME job/moved back to SF/looked good doing all of that. That about sum it up?
2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No. I think they’re stupid. But there’s a small part of me that might resolve to be less bitter and hateful to those I think are beneath me. And an even smaller part of me that might resolve to stop considering those people to be beneath me. I mean, it’s not your fault you’re a home-schooled jungle freak who’s a less hot version of me. So don’t try to act so innocent.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Liam Romero Mahoney, the cutest nephew in the entire world, was born on November 18, 2010 to my sister.

6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
An AFC West division championship

7-11-2010, a date which will live in infamy…Hint: Disneyland. Fireworks. Your mom.

Nabbing a coveted position at the biggest marketing research firm in the world without any insider help or tips and with only the sheer power of my awesomeness.

I don’t so much consider it a failure so much as a learning experience.
